Ship to Canada: 4-7 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/Fedex.

Ship to Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 3-7 Business days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL.

Ship to United Arab Emirates: 7-10 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/Fedex.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING TO MOST COUNTRIES!

And we will charge about $10-25 shipping fee for some countries, such as ZAF, NGA,ARE,ISR,SAU and other remote African countries.
And we don't provide shipping service to India,Ukraine,Jamaica,Kazakhstan,Vietnam and so on at present.

ATTENTION: Although we strive to dispatch your hair as quickly as possible, please do not place an order less than 48 hours before you need it. It is always preferable to give yourself a margin of at least two weeks before you need something to prevent unexpected occurrences that may delay delivery.

What's the status of my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's voyage. Please contact the courier directly if there is a problem with your tracking number or parcel delivery before contacting us. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to display. In rare instances, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

What if I'm lacking products or received the incorrect product?
A: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there are any incorrect or absent items. We will investigate the issue and provide a response within two to four business days of the issue being reported to us. If the customer does not disclose the issue within 30 days, we will assume they have received the entire order as indicated on the invoice and will not be responsible for any missing or incorrect items shipped.

Do you distribute to PO boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
A: No, please do not provide a PO box or an APO/FPO address for the military as your shipping address.

What steps should you or I take if my shipment is delayed?

In the following instances, packages may experience a delay:
1) The ordered hair must be customized for an extended period of time. Please note that we typically include the customization time in the description of the hair.

2) If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, or if the order requires further substantiation.

3) Service interruption caused by our shipping carriers, inclement weather, a power disruption, or another extreme event that prevents us from functioning.

Therefore, there are a few procedures we must learn:

1) Prior to placing an order, please take note of the hair processing and shipping time, and ensure that your shipment information is accurate and comprehensive.

And validate your order immediately, and then inform us when you need the hair if you need it urgently.

2) Please remember to monitor your package once your hair has shipped. Please contact us or your local express company if any special circumstances arise during transit. In addition, we will monitor your package and assist you.

3) If the hair arrived late and you no longer require it, please keep it in its original condition and send us photographs, then return it to us within 30 business days.

What available shipping options do I have?
A: We are now using Fedex/UPS/USPS as our shipper to the United States. Use DHL, GES, and TNT for international shipping.

What happens if I input the incorrect shipping address?
A: If a consumer enters an incorrect address, our shipping carriers will charge us an additional fee to locate the correct address so that the package can be delivered. We will charge the customer for this service. If the shipping address appears questionable, we will always attempt to contact the consumer prior to sending the delivery.

If you input an incorrect shipping address and the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered, we cannot be held liable.

Customers are encouraged to double-check their shipping address and pay attention to any tracking information we send via email.

What happens if I reject my package?
A:If you intend to refuse our shipment, kindly contact us before it arrives. This instance will be regarded as a "product return," and you will receive a refund for the order total.  If a package we send to you is refused when it arrives at your door, we will not be responsible. There will be NO REFUNDS.

International Duties and Taxes:

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These costs are the concern of the purchaser. WigsBySassy collects taxes in the United States and the United Kingdom, but is not accountable for these fees if your country levies duties and taxes to receive your package.
